Snug were fantastic. The design was spot on. The hardware excellent. Yet more important was the level of service. The Snug team were not only professional but they went above & beyond the call of duty in helping sort out problems which arose from our new build. These issues were nothing to do with Snug but Nick & the team put themselves out for us to keep the project on track. It is extremely rare to find an outfit like Snug & we consider ourselves very fortunate having worked with them. We are usually pretty critical of service providers but we cannot recommend Snug highly enough.
