This elegant new-build property in Chichester radiates sophisticated glamour. A palette of soft neutrals and natural, tactile materials creates a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and snug areas. Bespoke German cabinetry, crafted to the highest standards, delivers a flawless, contemporary finish with an understated sense of luxury.
Throughout the design process, particular attention was given to the relationship between the kitchen and the adjoining pantry. By enlarging the entrance, we created a striking walk-in space that feels both functional and indulgent. The use of fluted oak veneer doors across both areas ensures a harmonious, uninterrupted flow, elevating the sense of considered luxury throughout.
Our clients design brief required a multifunctional yet elegant space for utility, laundry, and wine storage. A bespoke wraparound layout was developed to optimise flow and subtly define clean and dirty zones. The ‘dirty’ station includes an integrated dog food drawer and a secondary sink, ideal for rinsing boots or outdoor gear. Around the corner, the laundry area offers ample space for storing a freestanding roller iron, maintaining a sense of tailored functionality.
In additon to the main house we designed the pool house kitchen for easy family living, with a generous island for casual meals and poolside snacks. Sage green cabinetry and durable quartz worktop offer a calm, practical backdrop, while playful red accents and woven bar stools add warmth and character. Perfect for busy days and relaxed gatherings.
