With Nick, everything has been excellent, from the initial intuitive design to the top customer service before and after installation. Snug kitchens have their customers at the heart of their business and we have been very pleased with the final result of our Pronorm kitchen. We had a couple of panels replaced just for tiny damages which occurred during transit. It was something we could hardly notice but Nick wanted to deliver a faultless service.
